The “SCC World Tour” in Warsaw

On 29 January 2020 (Wednesday) at 4.30 p.m. the Polish Arbitration Association will host meeting with representatives of SCC as a part of the “SCC World Tour”.

Debate on changes regarding arbitration of corporate disputes

On 26 September 2019 (Thursday) from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. the Polish Arbitration Association will be host a discussion on the latest changes to the regulations regarding arbitration of corporate disputes. The meeting will be held in Warsaw at Rondo ONZ 1, Squire Patton Boggs’ office, 8th floor.

Discussion on the ‘Arbitrator’s Pledge’

A presentation of the draft 'Arbitrator’s Pledge' and a panel discussion on the standards that the work of arbitrators should reflect was held on 17 June 2019 (Monday) at 4 pm – 6 pm at the registered office of the Polish Arbitration Association (Squire Patton Boggs office, 8th floor, Rondo ONZ 1, Warsaw).

PAA supported organization of the Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions conference

PAA supported ICC Polska and the GESSEL law firm, the organizers of the Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions conference, in reaching the largest possible number of participants.

Meeting of the Management Board of PAA

A meeting of the Management Board of PAA was held, at which the president of the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Confederation Lewiatan, Przemysław Schmidt, was a guest.

Prague Rules

The Polish Arbitration Association organized a meeting on 22 November 2018, which was devoted to the introduction of the Prague Rules.
